Leaderboard Point Calculations
How does the Leaderboard work?
Well, Leaderboard points are accumulated by playing Multi-table Tournaments (MTTs) and Sit & Gos (SnG’s) that have 6 or more players. The Leaderboard is updated in real time and a number of factors are taken into account when calculating points. Players get points for every 6-handed tournament where they finished ‘in the money’ according to:- Position
- The higher the finishing position in a tournament or SnG, the more points will be earned (1st place gets the most points).
- Number of entrants
- The more players there are in the tournament or SnG, the more points will be earned.
- Buy-in
- The higher the buy-in to the MTT or SnG, the more points will be earned.
Only finishing positions that are ‘in the money’ are awarded Leaderboard points.
Please note: In all R&A (ReBuy & AddOn) tournaments, Leaderboard points are calculated using only the initial buy-in.
