LAUNCH CELEBRATION 2020

The following are the terms and conditions of the 'Launch Celebration 2020 Promotion' (the 'Promotion') for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited. Otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you.

1. General

1. The Promotion shall commence on 4.11.2020 and shall conclude on 10.1.2021 (the “Promotion Period”).  
2. 888poker may vary or cancel any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have already opted into the promotion, bonus or special, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced play in relation to the promotion, bonus or special offer prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation. 
3. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site and the 888poker client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion. 
4. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device. 
5. If you have a pending message on the Site’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this promotion, shall be forfeited by you. 
6. You may only enter this Promotion once.
7. You may only use the bonuses granted in this Promotion on products on the Site as specified in the terms and conditions of each bonus. 
8. Persons located in certain countries including, but not limited to, the United States of America, Israel and Turkey are neither eligible to open an account with us, make any deposits nor use our services. We reserve the right to amend the list of countries from which we will not accept users of our services.   
9. All times and dates are in GMT. 
10. Withdrawing funds: The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. You can find details of the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in our Withdrawal Policy. If you are in the UK, your deposit balance is available for withdrawal at any time. 
11. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
12. Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account. 
13. All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal.

2. Eligibility

You may only participate in the Promotion, if you (i) have directly received an e-mail from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked to; (ii) have registered with the Site, deposited real money in your Site's account and have made a real money bet of USD 1 or more prior to the start date of the Promotion Period; or (iii) make first real money deposit into your account with the Site after the start date of the Promotion Period.

3. The Promotion

1. All bonuses, tournament ticket(s), FreePlay vouchers and Free Bet tokens granted under the Promotion (the “Promotion Prizes”), will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the necessary requirements being fulfilled. Some of the Promotion Prizes may be subject to a claim requirement, as detailed below.
2. Gift Drop
   1. Gift Drop prizes are random prizes granted to random players at the discretion of the site.
   2. A player may win a Promotion Prize from the Gift Drop by playing in cash games and/or multi-table tournaments and/or BLAST and/or Snap (the “Games”),  The Site may also choose at its discretion, that only Games of specific stakes will be able to receive Promotion Prizes under the Gift Drop at certain times. The site may also change the selection of games that are eligible to receive the Gift Drop, at its discretion.
   3. Odds vary between prizes.
   4. Available prizes are poker tournament tickets and cash.
   5. Prize values vary depending on gaming and deposit activity of player.
   6. Any Promotion Prize granted under the Gift Drop will be credited to the player’s account within 72 hours.
   7. Prizes granted under the Gift Drop are also subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6.
   8. 5 minutes are calculated based on a daily average.
3. Happy Hours
   1. Happy Hours are pre-defined hours determined by the Site during which specific offers apply, as specified herein and by the Site through promotional emails from time to time, that will run between 4.11.2020 and 10.1.2021 (the “Happy Hour Promotion”)
      1. Satellite Rakeback
         1. During the Happy Hour Promotion, Eligible Players will be granted 100% rakeback  (the “Rakeback ”) on their activity in satellite tournaments played every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 14:00 and 17:00 GMT (the “Satellite Rakeback  Hours”).
         2. The Rakeback  will be granted the following day and not later than 72 hours.
         3. The Rakeback  is calculated as a percentage of player’s satellite tournaments fees during the Satellite Rakeback  Hours.
         4. The maximum Rakeback per day, per player, is $100.
         5. In order to receive the Rakeback  granted under the Happy Hour Promotion, you must respond to the claim email sent by 888poker, by clicking on the relevant link within such email within 24 hours of 888poker sending the claim email to you. If you do not click the relevant link with such time frame, your right to receive the Rakeback  shall automatically expire.
      2. Snap Back
         1. During the Happy Hour Promotion, Eligible Players will be granted 50% rakeback (the “Snap Back”) on their activity in Snap cash games played every Tuesday and Thursday between 16:00 and 18:00 GMT (the “Snap Back Hours”).
         2. The Snap rakeback will be granted the following day and not later than 72 hours.
         3. The Snap rakeback is calculated as a percentage of the player’s Snap cash games rake, during the Snap Back Hours.
         4. Only Snap cash games with minimum stakes of $0.02-$0.05 or higher count towards the Snap Back promotion.
         5. Maximum Snap rakeback per day is $20.
         6. In order to receive the Snap Back rakeback granted under the Happy Hour Promotion, you must respond to the claim email sent by 888poker, by clicking on the relevant link within such email within 24 hours of 888poker sending the claim email to you. If you do not click the relevant link with such time frame, your right to receive the Snap Back shall automatically expire.
      3. BLAST BOOST
         1. During the Happy Hour Promotion, Eligible Players will be granted BLAST tickets for playing BLAST (the “BLAST BOOST”) every Monday and Wednesday between 16:00 and 18:00 GMT (the “BLAST BOOST Hours”).
         2. Each Eligible Player may win up to one BLAST ticket per hour during the BLAST BOOST Hours.
         3. The value of a BLAST ticket granted under the BLAST BOOST will be equal to the buy-in level of the first BLAST game played by a winning player during each BLAST BOOST Hour (the “Qualifying Game”), up to $20.
         4. In order to be eligible for the BLAST tickets granted under the BLAST BOOST promotion you must make a direct buy-in during the BLAST BOOST Hours. Games played on tickets previously won or awarded as a bonus to the player, will not count towards your BLAST BOOST gaming activity.
         5. In order to receive the BLAST tickets granted under the BLAST BOOST Promotion, you must respond to the claim email sent by 888poker, by clicking on the relevant link within such email within 24 hours of 888poker sending the claim email to you. If you do not click the relevant link with such time frame, your right to receive the BLAST BOOST shall automatically expire.
         6. Tickets received under the BLAST BOOST are also subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6 herein.

4. The Winner Spinner

1. Members can spin the Winner Spinner two times each calendar day for various prizes, as specified below. Members playing from Russian Federation, Ukraine and Belarus are eligible to only one free spin (via PC) per calendar day.
2. For the purpose of the Winner Spinner only, one full calendar day will be counted from 00:00 -23:59 GMT.
3. Members playing from their PC with no access to the mobile app will only be able spin one time per calendar day as per the above. If for any reason a member is able to spin more than once in a given calendar day through a PC, only their first spin will count.
4. In the event that a member spins the Winner Spinner more than twice per day, only their first two spins, whether on PC or the mobile app, will count.
5. Members are able to play in the Winner Spinner through the PC downloadable version, Mobile downloadable version and Webapp version.
6. Winner Spinner prizes will be granted within 72 hours of the win. Winning players will be notified via a promotional pop-up
7. Odds of winning vary between players depending on gaming and deposit activity.
8. In the rare case that the Winner Spinner and the ‘Congrats’ pop up message display two different prizes, the correct prize will be determined according to the ‘Congrats’ pop up message. In the event of any data discrepancies, the correct prize will always unequivocally be determined by 888poker’s records.
9. Players who choose not to receive casino or sport offers will not be granted the casino or sport bonuses respectively. In cases where such player spins the Winner Spinner and wins a casino or sport prize which s/he is not eligible to receive, the player will be granted an alternative prize as decided by 888poker.
10. Withdrawing funds: The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll. For further information on how you can withdraw funds from your account, please see our Withdrawal Policy. UK only- Your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time.
11. You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the User Agreement which includes but is not limited to the Bonus Policy.
12. Below is the list of various prizes awarded for spinning the Winner Spinner:
    1. Casino FreePlay prize
       1. The FreePlay prize is available to use with one of the following games: Multi Hand Blackjack, European Roulette Pro, Millionaire Genie, Casino Reels, Jack’sPot, A Niare on Elm Street, Irish Riches and Treasure Fair. The maximum win per FreePlay is equal to the amount of FreePlay granted unless the player hits the jackpot. For example, if you have $20 FreePlay, your maximum possible win is $20.
       2. The FreePlay prize can only be used to play casino games and not poker games on the Site.
       3. FreePlay must be used within 14 days of being granted. Any unused free spins and FreePlay will be removed from the account thereafter.
       4. FreePlay winnings are granted only after the member has finished playing the entire FreePlay prize.
       5. FreePlay winnings may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 10 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received FreePlay prize amount by playing casino games via his/her poker account within 90 days.
       6. For casino games, one Bonus Point is awarded for every $10 wagered, as detailed in the Site’s Bonus Policy.
       7. Bonus may be used on selected games only, when playing Casino.
    2. Bonus prize
       1. Immediate bonuses awarded during the Promotion may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 3.5 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received bonus amount within 14 days of being granted. Any unused bonus will be removed from the account thereafter.
    3. Sports Free Bet prize
       1. In order to receive their Free Bet prize, members must first log in to their sport account using their Site username and password, or by clicking on the 888sport button in the bottom right hand corner of the Site lobby.
       2. In order to receive the Free Bet, members who have never logged in to their sport account at the Site must login to their sports account on the same day that they won the Free Bet.
       3. Eligible members will be granted the Free Bet within 72 hours from the win.
       4. Sports betting through the Site is not available to members from the following countries: Jordan, Kuwait, Philippines, Poland, Thailand, Venezuela and Yemen.
       5. The Free Bet value is not included in any bet returns and expires after 7 days.
       6. The Free Bet cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
       7. The Free Bet must be used in its entirety. It cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets and cannot be combined with real money stakes.
       8. The Free Bet can be redeemed on win Singles and ‘straight line’ Multiples but cannot be redeemed on each way bets or Permutations.
       9. This offer is intended for recreational members only.
       10. The Free Bet prize is limited to one bet per person, household, computer, email address or payment details per day.
    4. Tournament ticket prize
       1. A Tournament ticket can’t be used by a player to re-buy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
       2. Tournament tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.
       3. Each Tournament ticket will be granted with an expiry date. If a Tournament ticket is granted as part of a promotion it will expire on the earlier of: (i) termination or expiration of such promotion or (ii) the expiry date of a Tournament ticket. Once a Tournament ticket has expired or the promotion has ended a player shall immediately forfeit such Tournament ticket.

5. Celebratory Freerolls

1. You may only participate in the Promotion freerolls (the “Celebratory Freerolls”), if you (i) have registered with the Site, deposited real money in your Site's account and have made a real money bet of USD 1 or more prior to the start date of the Promotion Period; or (ii) make first real money deposit into your account with the Site after the start date of the Promotion Period.
2. In order to participate in a Celebratory Freeroll, a player must register to the applicable freeroll prior to its start or within the late registration period, if such exists.
3. We reserve the right to change the hours, frequency, structure and prize pools of each and any Celebratory Freeroll from time to time.

4. Initial Ticket Claim

In order to receive the tournament ticket(s) granted under the Promotion introduction email and/or pop up message, you must respond to the pop up sent by 888poker, by clicking on the relevant pop up which appears in the 888poker lobby or by clicking on the “Claim” button under “My Account” on the Website within 14 days of receipt of such message. If you do not click the relevant link with such time frame, your right to receive the tournament ticket(s) shall automatically expire. Should you receive a second introduction email from 888poker with an option to claim the tournament ticket(s) via the email, you may respond to that email by clicking the relevant link in the email within 14 days of receipt of the first introduction email relating to the tournament ticket.

5. Immediate Bonus

1. The bonus granted under the Promotion is an “immediate bonus” which is granted to you in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant. Such bonus and winnings generated with wagers placed with such funds, may be withdrawn only after you have wagered $US 5contributed rake/tournament Fees or $US 30 in casino games per every $US 1 of the received bonus amount. 2. The bonus granted under the Promotion and its related winnings, must fulfill wagering requirements at the Site within 30 days of being credited to a player's account. Otherwise any available bonus amount not used by a player within the relevant time period will be cancelled and removed from the player's bankroll.
3. If you place a wager on casino games using an ‘immediate bonus” and win you will receive, depending on your account currency, up to a maximum of $500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $500 you will only receive $500. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the free spins.
4. Any winnings generated from bonus money, whether in whole or in part, shall be paid to the winning player as follows:
   1. a payment to the player's real bankroll up to the bet amount that was funded from real money;
   2. a payment to the player's 'bonus wallet' up to the original bonus amount used to fund the bet or up to the amount that was in the player's 'bonus wallet' prior to funding the bet, whichever is greater; and
   3. a payment of remaining winnings to the player's real bankroll if associated with poker games or to the 'bonus wallet' if the general bonus was played in casino games.
5. Wagering bonus granted under the Promotion on all casino games contributes towards the wagering requirement but certain games contribute greater amounts than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

   Examples:

   1. Wager $500 on Video Slots, the entire $500 (100%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
   2. Wager $500 on Roulette, $50 (10%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
6. For immediate bonuses (which are bonuses granted to your bankroll immediately upon you making the relevant deposit), until you fulfil the wagering requirements, the following restrictions apply to the deposit amount used to activate your bonus:
   • If the bonus (plus any applicable related winnings) in your account is the same as or more than the original bonus amount, you can withdraw your deposit but the bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled.
   • If the bonus (plus any applicable related winnings) in your account is less than the original bonus amount (but greater than zero),you can with draw your deposit but the amount of the bonus you have lost will be deducted from the deposit amount you can with draw and the bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled.
   • If you have wagered and lost all of the bonus, you are not able to with draw the deposit until the wagering requirements are fulfilled. However, any winnings related to bets placed with your deposit can be with drawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
7. The bonus granted under the Promotion is valid for selected games only, when playing Casino.

6. Tournament Tickets

1. The Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion must be used within 7 days of being granted. Any unused Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if not used within such period.   
2.  A Tournament Ticket can’t be used by a player to re-buy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament. 
3.  Tournament Tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.

7. FreePlay

1. All FreePlaycredited to a player's account must be used within 7 days, any unused FreePlay will be removed from the account thereafter. 
2. TheFreePlay granted under the Promotion may only be used on selected casino games on the Site. For the avoidance of doubt, the FreePlay granted under the Promotion may not be used on Live Casino.
3. Winnings generated by the FreePlay are granted only after the member has finished playing all of his/her FreePlay or until the maximum winning cap is reached for casino games, whichever occurs earlier. The cap on such winnings is the amount equal to the sum of FreePlay granted under the Promotion and such winnings may only be used on casino and poker games and must be wagered within 30 days of being granted. Such maximum winning cap shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the FreePlay granted under the Promotion. 
4. The winnings granted from the FreePlay is an “immediate bonus” which isgranted to you in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant. Such bonus and winnings generated with wagers placed with such funds, may be withdrawn only after you have wagered $US 1.5 contributed rake/tournament Fees or $US 30 in casino games per every $US 1 of the received bonus amount. 5. The winnings generated by the FreePlay, must fulfill points accumulation requirements at the Site within 30 days of being credited to a player's account. Otherwise any available bonus amount and all winnings generated through same not used by a player within the relevant time period will be cancelled and removed from the player's bankroll.
6. If you place a wager on casino games using the winnings generated by the FreePlay and win you will receive, depending on your account currency, up to a maximum of $500/€500/£500/SEK5000 in winnings. If yourwinnings exceed $500/€500/£500/SEK5000 you will only receive $500/€500/£500/SEK5000. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the FreePlay.
7. Wagering with the winnings generated by theFreePlayon all casinogames contributestowards the wagering requirement but certain games contribute greater amounts than others.The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

8. Any winnings generated by the FreePlay, may be withdrawn only after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled, you will lose all winnings generated by the FreePlay.
9. Any winnings generated by the FreePlay may be used on selected games only. 

8. Sport Betting Tokens

1. Under the terms of the Promotion, Eligible Players will receive Free Bet token(s) which you can use on https://poker.888sport.com('888sport').
2. The Free Bet token(s) will be granted within 72 hours of your eligibility to receive them. 
3. The Free Bet token(s) will expire 7 daysafter being credited to your account, if not used.  
4. A Free Bet token’s value is not included in any payout. 
5. A Free Bet token cannot be used on bets which: 
   1. have less than minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5);
   2. are “multiples” “permutations”, or “each way”;
   3. are Ante-Post bets, enhanced offer bets or daily racing specials.
6. The Free Bet token(s) must be used in its entirety in a single go and can’t be used in a succession of bets.  
7. Bets are counted only after the bet is settled.  
8. A Free Bet token(s) can’t be combined with real money bets. 
9. Player and bet limits apply to Free Bet token use.  
10. We reserve the right to withhold or retract any Free Bet tokens and winnings generated if Free Bet tokens are mistakenly credited or patterns of abuse are found.
