'Progressive Knockout' - Promotion

The following are the terms and conditions of the 'Progressive Knockout' promotion (the 'Promotion') for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited, otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (see below)('us' or 'we' or 'our' or 'Company'), who is the operator of the Site. Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

General

1. The Promotion shall commence on 16/9/2018 and shall conclude on 13/10/2018 (the “Promotion Period”). However, we may conclude the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period or may prolong the Promotion Period including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
2. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site and the 888poker client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
3. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device.
4. Persons located in certain countries including, but not limited to, the United States of America, Israel and Turkey are neither eligible to open an account with us, make any deposits nor use our services. We reserve the right to amend the list of countries from which we will not accept users of our services.
5. If you have a pending message on the Site’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
6. None of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors or white label partners are permitted to participate in the Promotion, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' means any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
7. We may alter these terms and conditions, including without limitation where required for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond our control or as a result of changes to applicable law or regulation.
8. All prizes, bonuses, promotional offers and other benefits hereunder, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
9. If you register or play in the UK:
   1. You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "UK User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy'.
   2. Withdrawing funds: your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time. General withdrawal terms apply. For further info see our Withdrawal Policy'.

   3. You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy.'

10. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

Eligibility

11. This Promotion is available only to players who meet all of the following terms (the 'Player'):
    1. You may only participate in the Promotion if you: (i) have registered with the Site, deposited real money in your Site's account and have made a real money bet of USD $1 or more during the 24 months preceding the start date of the Promotion Period, or (ii) make your first real money deposit into your account with the Site after the start date of the Promotion Period.
    2. Your eligibility to join the Promotion becomes effective within 24 hours of making the required deposit (if applicable).
12. You may be asked at any stage to provide us with a proof of age and/or identity.
13. You may not participate in this Promotion more than once.

Members who have not yet deposited

14. All Registration Bonus Package terms and conditions apply for new members who have not yet made a first deposit or previously had an account with any site owned or operated by an entity within the 888 group of companies.
15. Members who have not yet deposited will receive an offer to deposit $10 or more with the promo code: “ONEMIL” in order to receive two tournament tickets to the God of the Arena ME Satellite tournaments via the Promotional landing page and/or a banner in the 888poker lobby.
16. All tickets to God of the Arena ME Satellite tournaments will expire on 13/10/2018.
17. A tournament ticket cannot be used by a player to re-buy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
18. A tournament ticket may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.

20. The deposit offer to receive the God of the Arena ME Satellite tournament tickets expires on 12/10/2018.
21. This offer only applies to the player’s first deposit in the cashier.

The Promotion

22. Under the terms of this Promotion, we will run a daily US$1,000,000 God of the Arena ME qualifier tournaments on the Site (each hereinafter referred to as “Qualifier”) between 16/9/2018 and 13/10/2018. Each Qualifier requires a ticket to attend. During the Promotion Period and subject to the terms hereof, the Company will be awarding tickets to participate in the Qualifiers. All tickets granted under the Promotion will be credited to the Player’s account immediately upon the necessary requirements being fulfilled.
23. The top 100 Players in each Qualifier will win a seat worth US$55 to the Company's online $1,000,000 God of the Arena Main Event running on 14/10/2018 at 20:00 GMT on the Site ('ME').
24. The seat to the ME cannot be exchanged for other ticket or for monetary value and may only be used to participate in the ME on 14/10/2018.
25. In order to win a ticket to participate in a Qualifier, a Player must knock out 2 players in any multi-table tournament or Sit & Go with a buy-in of US$1 or more (the “Daily Challenge”), and subject to the following:
    1. In order for a tournament to be counted towards the Daily Challenge, it must have at least 6 players.
    2. BLAST and heads-up tournaments will not be counted towards the Daily Challenge.
    3. A knock out is considered to be when a Player eliminates another player from a tournament by winning all of the eliminated player’s remaining chips in a poker hand.
    4. In cases where multiple Players split the win when another player is eliminated, all the winning Players in the hand qualify as having completed the Daily Challenge. This is assuming that all these winning Players have equal or more chips than the eliminated player before the hand. If one of the winning Players has less chips than the eliminated player, s/he will not qualify as having completed the Daily Challenge.
26.  The Daily Challenge may be completed only one time per day.
27. Player cannot win more than one seat to the ME. In cases where a Player already has a seat to the ME and subsequently wins another seat, s/he will not be able to use or transfer the additional seat in any way.
28. Days are counted from 00:00 GMT to 23:59 GMT. All times and dates are in GMT.

Qualifier Tickets

29. All Qualifier ticket(s) will expire on 13/10/2018, any unused Qualifier ticket(s) will expire if not used by such date.
30. The Qualifier tickets granted under the Promotion are subject to the following rules:
    1. A Qualifier ticket can’t be used by a Player to re-buy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
    2. Qualifier tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a Player to another player.
